Nicholas M. Wolfson

NICHOLAS M. WOLFSON is an associate attorney at Epperson & Owens.

Nick is originally from New Jersey.He received his Bachelor of Arts in English from The College of New Jersey in 2016. In 2021, Nick earned his Juris Doctorate with a concentration in Health Care Law & Bioethics from the University of Minnesota Law School. Nick served as a managing editor of the Minnesota Law Review and was a member of the law school’s mock trial team. Nick was also student-director of the Community Legal Partnership for Health Clinic.

After law school, Nick moved to Boulder, Colorado where he served as a law clerk in Denver District Court. He then practiced medical malpractice defense for two years before moving to Salt Lake City, Utah.

Nick is experienced in medical malpractice litigation and has helped defend health care providers against professional negligence claims and disciplinary actions.

When Nick is not working, he is spending time with his wife Heather and their three pets, Archie, Elsa, and Nora.
