Zachary Rose

Zach is originally from Boca Raton, Florida. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida before relocating to Utah to attend the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah, where he earned his Juris Doctor. While in Florida, Zach worked in various healthcare facilities in administrative roles, where he developed his passion for working in the healthcare industry.

While in law school, Zach developed an enthusiasm for litigation and advocacy. He competed in the University of Utah Traynor Moot Court Competition and gained practical legal experience through several clerkships, including serving as a law clerk with the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office, completing an in-house legal externship with MX Technologies, and clerking at Epperson & Owens before graduating.

Following graduation and admission to the Utah Bar, Zach joined Epperson & Owens as an Associate Attorney. His practice focuses on medical malpractice defense and civil litigation. He now represents physicians, hospitals, and other health care providers.

When Zach is not practicing law, he enjoys traveling, skiing Utah’s mountains, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
